- Valid NC Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Valid North Carolina Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Experience selling and servicing Personal lines of insurance.
- Experience identifying prospects through referral sources and existing clients.
- Previous outside sales experience.
- Exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Must be capable of working on your own and as part of a team – including account managers, carriers and claims adjusters
- Familiar and comfortable with advising prospects in need of sophisticated personal insurance products and risk management solution.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with the EPIC online software
- Positive and dynamic team player
